Without totally rewriting this, it can best be improved as follows:
If someone asks me with whom I want to be, I will simply say, "Someone who can understand that I'm not perfect and will never leave me because of someone else."
The author of this graphic may want to add that she wants to be with someone who has great tolerance for errors in grammar.
