Perhaps the editor/proofreader should be suspended.
This headline is all wrong. Was the motorcycle dead? Was the driver dead while driving? I'd imply that he died in the crash.

Spelling is not one of their specialties.
The most obvious error is the "that the no children" part. To say that an accident happened near I-30 is vague. I-30 runs across the state of Arkansas.
The name of the county is spelled two different ways.
