Strong Message, Weak Grammar

The sentiment is excellent. Throughout the sign, "child" is singular; therefore, using the plural pronoun "their" is incorrect. To make this agree, one must change "child" to children or change "their" to his. To be politically correct, which in this case is grammatically obnoxious, one could use his/her. There should be a comma after "But," or it could be removed. The word "that" should be who since people are who and things are that
