This is a sign posted at a side entrance at the hotel in which we stayed. There should be a hyphen in the word reentry. It should be re-entry. Perhaps this is just a style issue, but generally, it seems that when adding a prefix to a word would change the
pronunciation of the word, the hyphen is necessary to avoid confusion.
