Subject and Verb
The word states is not the subject since it is the object of the preposition. The word which stands for one state. Therefore, which is singular, meaning that the verb should be is.
Further and Farther
Ah, further and farther. Farther denotes distances. (Think of the word far.) Further denotes figurative distance. Many people consider them interchangeable. This ad bothers me because cars and trucks are all about traveling distance. Well, they're all about distance except when they're about metaphorically going further in life. I guess this ad is okay. An ad of just three words should not cause such conflict.
Why is there only one set of quotation marks? The commas are all unnecessary. Four end marks will never be acceptable.

Error #2-The quotation marks must come in sets. Either add some or delete the others.
Error #3-The apostrophe is not needed. Its is correct.

Three Errors
1. There should be a comma separating the two independent clauses.
2. There should be a comma after the dependent clause preceding the independent clause.
3. Since the writer means to say you are, the appropriate word is you're, not your.
Benton's Neckless Baseball Team
It seems this group is trying to sell necklaces to support a baseball team. I keep imagining a team of boys with no necks. Thanks to Debra for this one.
Proofreaders Needed
The antecedent (or word it stands for) of their is officer. Officer is singular; therefore, their will not work since it is plural. The author likely used the plural form because it is gender neutral. If the author didn't know whether the officer were male or female, there were two options. One would be to write his or her. Another option would be to choose his. I would have chosen the latter.
